Hi! Guys, This is out of date and topic, however I need to make enquiries on Christmas/New Year activities for Dec2012, as my family are planning to be in Goa at the time. Please advise how we can be kept informed and the membership subscription fees. Cheers, Russel Fonceca (Perth, Australia)
Russel, thank you for your interest. It’s too early for firm dates, but as in previous years, we expect to organise a Christmas Tree for children and a Christmas or New Year Dance/Ball.
We have sent you the details of membership fees in a reply to your email.

I am pleasantly surprised to know that the is an AI Association in Goa. My late parents settled down in Goa when my late father retired from the army in1974 and settled down in Goa. I began my working career with MRF in Ponda in 1976 and then transfered to UP in 1978.My father Brig Edward John Joesph died here in Goa 1985 and was buried in St Inez.Mum expired in Pune 1987.Philippe my younger brother worked at the Taj Fort Aquada and Taj Holiday village before moving to the UK in 1985. He is a regular yearly visitor to Goa since moving away.Currently teaches Power Kiting and Kite surfing at Morjim Beach.Andrew the youngest passed out from Dempe College and now resides in Melbourne; currently working with Langham Hotels. I am residing in Delhi but have made numerous visits back to Goa.Am hoping to settle down here in a couple of years after I stop working God willing.Am currently in Goa but will head back to Delhi in a few days time.My thanks to the article in the Herald Goa for reigniting the interest in my community which I must admit I mistakenly thbought was becoming extiinct!.Hopefully will be at the Calcutta AIAI meet.Needless to say will be following the community now that I have the website.warm regards. Richard
